be achieved at any time from the commencement of service up until
more than twice the quoted maximum elapsed time for the included search-engines has
elapsed from the time of initial submission

Directories/Search-engines that do not allow modifications
to a previous submission made to them may be excluded from the average
ranking

charge a fee for their services are not used even if they appear on our service
